Established in 2004 in Chiba, Japan, we have worked with many publishing companies, pharmaceutical companies, and local governments.

Makiko Miyamoto is a family issues critic with over 30 years of extensive experience in Japan. She has contributed to many newspapers and magazines, and has appeared on TV programs with celebrities and critics. She has also written extensively on the subject of the "baby-boomer generation," the current 75-78 year olds in Japan. She has also written many books and given expert advice on child rearing, including a television program in which she answered the question, "How do you get a toddler to eat a variety of foods when he only eats solid nutrition blocks? She has also written a book and given advice on child-rearing. A graduate of Tsuda College with a BA in English Literature, she was an active member of an English drama club as a university student and has extensive experience in advocacy and debate in English.

Ken Miyamoto obtained his medical license in Japan in 2001. After working as an initial clinical resident at Yokohama City University Hospital for two years, he practiced nephrology at many medical institutions as a nephrologist affiliated with the Department of Cardiology and Nephrology, Yokohama City University School of Medicine. He also joined Office Myajin in 2009 as the third director and continues the sales department training (specialized education for pharmaceutical information representatives = MRs) at pharmaceutical companies that he started in 2006. He has been writing a long-running monthly column since 2008 for the long-established Japanese pharmaceutical trade magazine Monthly Mix. Since July 2022, he has been the President of Office Myajin Co.,Ltd.
